Merchandiser

Description:

Al Baladi Holding, a leader in Qatar's food & beverage industry, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Merchandiser in Doha.

✅ Responsibilities:
·  Plan and implement effective merchandising strategies across stores
·  Ensure product displays meet high brand standards
·  Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Sales/Inventory teams
·  Conduct regular store visits and analyze sales trends
·  Support in-store marketing campaigns and promotions

✅ Requirements:
·  2–3 years of merchandising experience (FMCG/retail preferred)
·  Strong visual merchandising and analytical skills
·  Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
·  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Ability to travel frequently between store locations
·  Qatar driving license is a plus
