Mobile App Designer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the senior developer to refine and optimize existing wireframes.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly screens for our upcoming mobile application.
• Conduct user research and user testing to inform design decisions and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Ensure all designs comply with accessibility best practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall product vision.
• Create and maintain design documentation and style guides.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate them into design processes.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in mobile app design.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous mobile application design projects.
• Experience with user research and user testing methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of accessibility best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the waste management industry(a plus!)
• Familiarity with additional design tools and software.
• Background in front-end development.
