Description:
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of MDM experience
- Strong troubleshooting on Windows (plus macOS/mobile OS is a plus)
- Field visit readiness and issue resolution across multiple sites
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python)
- Experience in multi-site or automotive environments preferred
- Good grasp of MDM concepts: profile management, containerization, secure content & email management
