Network & Wireless Engineer (cisco Wlan Expert)

Description:

Linnk Group is seeking a top-tier Network & Wireless Engineer to design, lead, and optimize enterprise Cisco wireless solutions in a dynamic, customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead customer engagements for wireless design, deployment, migration, and optimization.
· Architect and implement robust Cisco WLAN solutions (Controllers, Access Points, Outdoor/Industrial).
· Conduct wireless site surveys (pre/post-deployment), create heatmaps, and perform performance tuning.
· Develop High-Level & Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) documents from business requirements.
· Support pre-sales activities and provide optimization strategies for Cisco wireless & security.
· Act as the technical lead and trusted advisor for clients.

Requirements:
· CCIE Wireless or CWNE certification is mandatory.
· 8+ years of hands-on wireless networking experience.
· Deep, proven expertise in Cisco Wireless, Networking, and Security.
· Strong troubleshooting skills; experience with automation and Python scripting is a plus.
· Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
