Noc Engineer

 

Description:

Responsibilities:
·  Provide 1st & 2nd line support and resolve incidents within SLA targets
·  Monitor servers, networks, and critical IT services
·  Manage and coordinate Sev1/Sev2 incidents and escalations
·  Maintain accurate records in ITSM tools (SCSM preferred)
·  Ensure continuous service availability and quick restoration during outages

Requirements:
·  Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management
·  Experience in Service Desk and NOC environments
·  Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and network troubleshooting
·  Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SCOM)
·  Certifications such as ITIL, A+, or MCSE are a plus
·  Minimum 3 years of experience in NOC or Service Desk environments
