On-site Oem Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified OEM Engineer to support the implementation and deployment of SIEM and SOAR solutions at client premises. This role requires full-time on-site presence and close collaboration with Security Operations and Infrastructure teams to ensure a smooth and efficient rollout.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead installation, configuration, and integration of SIEM and SOAR platforms
Develop use cases and playbooks aligned with SOC operations
Perform system tuning, optimization, and performance monitoring
Provide real-time troubleshooting and coordinate with OEM technical teams
Support incident response processes and SOC activities
Deliver knowledge transfer and operational guidance to client teams
Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices

Requirements:
Relevant OEM certifications
Proven experience in SIEM and SOAR implementation
Strong knowledge of SOC operations and incident response
Hands-on expertise in cybersecurity tools and platforms
