Operations & Marketing Manager

Description:

- Manage a team of 15 drivers

- Cold calling new clients and maintain relationship with existing clients.

- Negotiate new contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

- Obtain new business from existing and new customers

- Analyzing customer data basis and create road plan.

- Solve issues arising from customers complaints.

- Respond to emails and Act upon customers’ requests.

- Manage import & export documentation.

- Receiving client calls between 7:00am-10:00pm 6 days per week.

- Manage all the company vehicles maintenance and regular servicing.

- Performs other duties as assigned, some of which may be essential to the position.
