Mandatory Skills:
✅ Oracle Exadata Administration
✅ OCI Setup & Administration
✅ End-to-End Exadata → OCI Migration Experience
✅ Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN & Data Guard
✅ Oracle Database 12c / 19c+
✅ Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting
✅ Linux/Unix & Shell Scripting
Preferred:
✔ Oracle OCP Certification
✔ OCI Certified Professional
✔ Experience with ZDM, RMAN, Data Pump, GoldenGate
