The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Outdoor Sales Officer to join our Amman office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in freight forwarding sales, capable of developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating with operations and agents to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding.

Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

Prepare quotations and coordinate pricing with the operations team.

Liaise with international agents to support customer requirements.

Follow up on shipments, collections, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding (Sea, Air, or Land).
- Valid driver’s license and personal car (frequent client visits required).
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and international trade.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM/sales tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in the field.
