• Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role within a culinary environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and pastry decoration.
• Creativity and innovation in recipe development and presentation.
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
