• Prepare and produce high-quality pastry items including cakes, tarts, mousses, éclairs, macarons, and plated desserts
• Decorate and finish pastries using advanced techniques: piping, glazing, chocolate tempering, and sugar work
• Ensure accurate execution of recipes and plating standards
• Maintain product quality, consistency, and food safety compliance
• Collaborate with bakery and culinary teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Contribute to innovation in the pastry section
