Payroll Accountant

Description:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality.
Administer employee benefits in compliance with Qatar Labor Law and statutory requirements.
Process and validate SAP entries for payroll, new joiners, terminations, and employee record updates.
Reconcile payroll data with Finance and Accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Validate leave balances and quotas to ensure consistency between company records and SAP data.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with SAP HR and Finance modules.
Local hire with transferable visa and can join immediately.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
