Payroll Accountant

Description:

Q-Auto LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Accountant to join our dynamic HR team. If you have a passion for accuracy and expertise in SAP and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end payroll processing with high accuracy and confidentiality.
· Administer employee benefits in full compliance with Qatar Labor Law.
· Process and validate all SAP entries for payroll, new hires, and employee updates.
· Reconcile payroll data with Finance records to ensure compliance.
· Validate and manage employee leave balances and quotas.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
· Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
· Hands-on experience with SAP HR and Finance modules
· Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
· Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
