Person In Charge

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Person in Charge (PIC) to manage site operations, safety isolation, and night-shift activities for our ongoing Qatar Metro infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise site operations during allocated Engineering Hours (Night Shift).
-Coordinate closely with the Station Master, Qatar Rail, and RKH operators for access permits, Work Authorization Form (WAF), and FLS isolations.
-Ensure strict adherence to PTW (Permit to Work) protocols, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and site safety regulations.
-Manage site logistics, scaffolding erection/dismantling, and material movement cleanly and safely.
-Oversee team activities to ensure shift targets are met without compromising Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

*Valid Qatar Rail / Qatar Metro PIC Certification (Mandatory).
*Proven experience in railway, metro station fit-out, or MEP operations in Qatar.
*Strong knowledge of FLS isolations, PTW procedures, and site safety management.
*Excellent communication skills in English for daily station master coordination and shift reporting.
