Pharmacy Associate

Description:

B2C Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Associate to manage pharmacy-related processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement of pharmacy services while coordinating with internal teams and external providers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage pharmacy empanelment, documentation, and compliance
Process pre-approvals and pharmacy invoices
Act as main point of contact for pharmacy-related queries
Monitor compliance with PBM rules and MOPH/QNDC regulations
Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
1–3 years’ experience in community or clinical pharmacy
Hospital or medical pharmacy experience preferred
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
