Planning Engineer

Requirements:
Engineering degree or certification as a Planning Engineer

Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in planning principles and techniques

Excellent computer skills

Arabic language skills (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise planning activities for daily and shutdown jobs

Ensure proper budget allocation for critical equipment

Oversee maintenance programs & resource planning

Manage manpower & equipment requirements for maintenance

Plan major equipment shutdowns & turnaround maintenance

Participate in vendor selection & technology adaptation

Develop preventive maintenance programs & ensure implementation

Conduct incident investigations & root cause analysis

Ensure compliance with safety & environmental procedures

Lead turnaround activities & supervise contractors

Evaluate new equipment & prepare technical reports

Plan critical spare availability & ensure job completion within schedule
