Requirements:
▪️ Minimum 15 years of professional experience
▪️ Strong and proven background in Roads Projects
▪️ Consultancy-side experience is mandatory
▪️ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
▪️ Education must be obtained from Europe or a Western country
▪️ UPDA Grade A or B certification (mandatory)
▪️ Proven experience working on ASHGHAL RPD Projects
