Pool Maintenance Supervisor

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
✅Team Leadership: Lead a mobile team of Pool Attendants to client sites daily, ensuring high cleaning standards.
​ ✅Water Chemistry: Perform daily testing, chemical dosing, and balancing for pools, spas, and water features.
✅​System PPM: Execute planned preventive maintenance and routine checks on all pump room systems.
​ ✅Technical Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, filters, heaters, chillers, and automated dosing systems.
​ ✅MEP & Civil Maintenance: Resolve Day to day structural, plumbing, and electrical issues for pools, spas, and fountains.
​ ✅Client Communication: Serve as the primary technical contact to handle client inquiries and explain repairs clearly.
​ ✅Reporting: Maintain daily logs, complete PPM checklists, and submit detailed service/issue reports signed by the clients.
​ ✅Work order Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate material and labor costing in work orders for any required repairs or replacements.
​ ✅Requirements: 3+ years of supervisory pool experience, advanced technical MEP knowledge, and strong communication skills
