Key Responsibilities
12+ years of experience in relevant functional stack (Expert level)
Design, develop, and maintain portlets, themes, and custom components for IBM WebSphere Portal
Integrate portal applications with backend services, databases, and external systems
Optimize portal performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience on portal interfaces
Troubleshoot and resolve portal-related issues, including security vulnerabilities
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices
Participate in deployment, configuration, and upgrades of IBM WebSphere Portal environments
Stay updated with IBM WebSphere Portal versions, tools, and best practices

🔹 Requirements
Strong hands-on experience as a Portal Developer
Extensive experience with IBM WebSphere Portal
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Qatar ID (QID) holders preferred
