Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Mandatory)
✔ 5+ years of construction procurement & material sourcing experience
✔ Experience in Ashghal building projects is preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of vendor management & technical specifications
✔ Must be currently in Qatar and available for immediate joining
