Procurement Officer

 

Description:

This role is ideal for someone with solid procurement experience in the FM industry, strong vendor management skills, and a good understanding of both hard and soft services. You will play a key role in sourcing services and materials, supporting contracts, coordinating with operations teams, and ensuring procurement runs smoothly to meet business and site requirements.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day procurement activities for FM operations
– Source services, materials, and consumables across hard and soft FM categories
– Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate quotations, and support vendor selection
– Issue LPOs, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfilment of requirements
– Support vendor onboarding, negotiations, and performance monitoring
– Assist in managing AMCs, subcontracting agreements, and manpower-related contracts
– Coordinate closely with site and operations teams for maintenance and project needs
– Maintain procurement records, reporting, and compliance documentation
– Support cost optimisation initiatives while maintaining quality and service continuity


🔎 What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
– 4–7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in Facilities Management
– Good understanding of FM services, procurement processes, and contract structures
– Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– UAE market experience is preferred
