Procurement Officer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to join our team in Qatar, specializing in medical and laboratory supplies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage end-to-end procurement of medical & laboratory supplies
✔️ Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective purchasing
✔️ Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery
✔️ Review purchase requests, quotations, and contracts for accuracy & compliance
✔️ Coordinate with internal departments for procurement requirements
✔️ Ensure compliance with healthcare procurement standards and quality guidelines
🔹 Requirements:
✔️ 3–5 years of procurement experience
✔️ Healthcare / medical procurement experience preferred
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
✔️ Strong negotiation, communication & vendor management skills
✔️ Must be currently based in Qatar
✔️ Transferable visa / NOC is an advantage
