Procurement & Sourcing Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Procurement & Sourcing Manager to lead our product and spare parts sourcing activities and support the expansion of our HVAC business.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HVAC products, systems, components, and spare parts, with proven capabilities in international sourcing, supplier development, commercial negotiation, and back-to-back order management.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end procurement of HVAC products, components, and spare parts
• Develop and maintain strong OEM and supplier relationships
• Source products from international markets, particularly China
• Manage back-to-back customer requirements and ensure timely procurement
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQ, lead times, and logistics
• Identify new suppliers, products, and business opportunities
• Monitor market pricing and improve procurement margins
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams
• Ensure product availability and timely delivery based on customer requirements

Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience in HVAC procurement, sourcing, trading, or distribution
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of HVAC products and components
• Established international supplier network
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience in China sourcing is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of import, logistics, and supply-chain processes
• Ability to manage multiple urgent and back-to-back
