Production & Logistic Foreman

Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Production & Logistic Foreman to join our wedding and events team in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise movement, loading, production, and equipment
· Coordinate with event planners, drivers, warehouse staff, and setup crews
· Ensure all items are prepared and dispatched according to event schedules
· Check event materials before and after delivery to avoid shortages or damage
· Maintain proper inventory and report missing or damaged items
· Support smooth execution of events by solving logistics issues quickly
· Ensure team members follow company procedures, safety rules, and deadlines
· Manage & supervise Carpentry Workshop team
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Proven experience in logistics, events, weddings, or related field
· Good knowledge of event setup, transportation, and material handling
· Hands-on experience in Carpentry Skills (Wedding Decorations)
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
· English & Arabic preferred (not mandatory)
· Qatar Driving License – Mandatory
