Production Manager

Description:

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
The successful candidate will lead production operations, develop production plans and schedules, allocate resources, monitor quality and food safety standards, ensure health and safety and regulatory compliance, and motivate production and planning teams.
The role will also involve analyzing production data, resolving operational issues, driving process improvement and cost control, coordinating machinery maintenance, ensuring smooth factory operations, and preparing operational reports for senior management.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent discipline
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred
12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
GCC experience is required
Strong knowledge of frozen and chilled meat-product processing
Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multicultural teams and large-scale operations
