Project Controls Engineer / Scheduler

We’re supporting a U.S. Embassy construction project in Doha and are looking for an experienced Project Controls Engineer / Scheduler to join a high-performing OBO project team.
If you have Primavera P6 expertise, overseas construction experience, and have supported U.S. Embassy, OBO, or USACE projects, this is a standout opportunity to work on a high-visibility federal build overseas.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Develop, maintain, and analyze cost-loaded project schedules in Primavera P6
• Track progress, critical path, and schedule risk
• Support earned value, forecasting, and “what-if” analysis
• Collaborate with project leadership, subcontractors, and OBO schedulers
• Ensure full compliance with federal and contractual requirements
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Active U.S. Secret Clearance
✔ 5–7+ years of construction scheduling experience
✔ Strong Primavera P6 expertise (CPM, EVM)
✔ Prior OBO / Embassy / USACE experience highly preferred
✔ International / OCONUS experience a big plus
