We are hiring a Project Controls Manager to oversee planning, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting for large-scale projects across the Middle East.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
🎯 Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
🎯 10+ years of project controls experience
🎯 Expertise in Primavera P6 and cost management tools
🎯 Middle East experience preferred
