Project Coordinator

Excited to share that we are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our team on-site in Qatar!

This role involves coordinating and managing POS terminal rollouts, upgrades, and troubleshooting at the terminal level. The ideal candidate will have 𝟮–𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 working with POS terminals, Terminal Management Systems (TMS), and a strong understanding of payment methods including 𝗘𝗠𝗩, 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗙𝗖.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✅ Coordinate POS deployments and support activities
✅ Troubleshoot POS terminal technical issues
✅ Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors
✅ Manage escalations and merchant communications
✅ Ensure compliance with industry standards like PCI-DSS and EMV
✅ Document processes and manage change requests using tools like JIRA or ServiceNow
