Key Responsibilities
  - Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to approved specifications and safety standards.
  - Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project plans while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
  - Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance with quality control procedures, local regulations, and client requirements.
  - Manage site inspections, material approvals, and resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and construction materials.
  - Support project scheduling, cost estimation, risk assessment, and implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices on-site.
  - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  - Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
  - Identify and mitigate potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
  - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Key Skills & Requirements
  - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering degree in a relevant field.
  - 1-6 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in a project engineering role.
  - Strong knowledge of civil construction activities, including project planning, coordination, and supervision.
  - Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  - Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  - Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as project management and scheduling software.
  - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure compliance with quality control procedures and safety standards.
