Key Responsibilities:
• Experience in managing projects preferably in health care environment
• In depth understanding of program and project management techniques
• Awareness of International practices in Healthcare Management
• A broad range experience in managing, leading various types of projects e.g. small, medium to large size projects
• Experience of creating and maintaining technical reports/documentation
• Experience of developing project documentation business cases, project initiation documents
• Strong knowledge of project risk identification analysis and mitigation
• Experience of working on multiple projects at the same time
• Experience of managing multiple stakeholders, often with competing interests
• Understanding of the Health sector and knowledge of Qatar National Health Strategy.
• Monitor CPMO team workload and capacity, identifying resource-related risks that could impact delivery or support. Flag risks early to the CPMO Director with mitigation suggestions, such as prioritization, realignment, or temporary resourcing adjustments.
• Manage all aspects of PHCC portfolio and the project risk management practices and to ensure it is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across PHCC to guide and support all aspects of managing Program Project risks, risk thresholds and escalation protocols during project planning stages through the entire project lifecycle.

Job Requirement:
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field. Master’s degree is preferred.
* Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince 2, is required. Certification in Project Risk Management is highly desirable.
* Minimum 5 years of similar experience in a relevant field.
