Description:

🔹 What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end implementation and support for EAM / Facility Management Systems.
Drive collaboration between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Ensure project milestones are delivered on time and with excellence.
Continuously optimize EAM processes for enhanced operational performance.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
12+ years of experience in the IT industry with 9–10 years in EAM platforms (IBM Maximo / Oracle EAM / Anacle or similar).
At least two full-cycle EAM implementations completed.
Hands-on implementation expertise – a must.
EAM Product Certification – Mandatory.
PMP / PRINCE2 certification – advantage.
Deep understanding of asset-intensive sectors (Rail, Metro, Power, etc.).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure (Cloud, Network, Servers, Cybersecurity) is a plus.
