Job Description

8+ years of combined experience in Business Analysis and Project Management, with significant exposure to Payments systems.

• Strong understanding of payment products and processes — domestic and cross-border payments, RTGS, SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, NEFT, etc.

• Experience with payment gateways, switches and integration with core banking systems.

• Familiarity with real-time payments, digital wallets, and open banking / API-based payment solutions.

• Proven ability to identify and resolve business and system gaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in Agile or hybrid environments.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, sanctions, PSD2, etc.) impacting the payments landscape.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Professional certifications are preferred.
