Project Manager

Description:

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of the comprehensive maintenance contract, covering district cooling production assets, the chilled water distribution network and all airside systems.
• Ensure operational performance, maintenance execution, budget control, subcontractor management and client interface across the entire cooling chain on our project, from plant to terminal units.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
• Own and manage the comprehensive O&M contract.
• Serve as the primary client interface for all technical, operational and commercial matters.

𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Ensure safe and uninterrupted operation of the central plant assets (chillers, pumps, cooling towers, heat exchangers, electrical systems, operators room, BMS/SCADA, etc...)
• Supervise plant operations, shift teams and incident response (should be on call for emergencies 24/7).

𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
• Manage operation and maintenance of chilled water networks, including the piping, valves, meters, expansion systems, energy transfer stations and the thermal storage tank.
• Monitor network deltaT, losses, hydraulic performance and safety compliance.
• Coordinate emergency repairs, isolation, flushing with minimal operational impact following safe work practices.

𝗔𝗶𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
• Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of airside equipment: AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Dampers, Sensors, Actuators, HRUs, etc...
• Coordinate airside operations with plant output to maintain system efficiency and compliance.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 15-20 years experience in district cooling, utilities, or large HVAC operations (the key here is DCP management).
• Proven experience managing comprehensive O&M contracts (including DCP and airside operations)
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, controls, and chilled water networks.
• Stronge experience in managing large district cooling plants and network operations.
