Project Manager

Description:

Responsibilities:
• Manage overall project execution from initiation to completion
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all construction activities
• Ensure compliance with client specs, QA/QC standards, and HSE requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Review project drawings, technical specifications, and contracts
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources
• Prepare progress reports, schedules, and performance evaluations
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (B. Tech / B.E) in Civil Engineering
• UPDA Certified Engineer – Mandatory
• Minimum 15 years total experience in Civil Construction projects
• Strong Oil & Gas project experience
• Proven experience in MIC/RLIC industrial construction projects (preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
