Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Retail Banking to lead end-to-end delivery of banking transformation initiatives including digital banking, core banking systems, payments, and customer onboarding solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure successful project execution, stakeholder alignment, and regulatory compliance across enterprise banking environments.

🔍 What we’re looking for
8–12+ years of experience in IT Project Management
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Retail Banking domain
Strong experience in banking projects such as:
Digital Banking (Mobile & Internet Banking)
Core Banking Systems
Payments & Cards Systems
Customer Onboarding / KYC Solutions
Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies
Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with vendors and third-party implementation teams

Preferred
PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
Experience in GCC banking projects is an advantage
Knowledge of banking regulatory frameworks and compliance
Hands-on experience with Jira, MS Project, or similar tools
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments
