Project Manager

Description:

We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager with strong Retail Banking expertise to drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact banking initiatives.
From core banking modernization to digital banking and payments transformation, you’ll be at the center of building scalable, compliant, and customer-centric banking systems.

💼 What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of retail banking transformation projects
- Own scope, planning, timelines, budgeting, risks, and success metrics
- Manage execution using structured PM methodologies
- Coordinate across business, IT, QA, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and governance standards
- Oversee UAT, deployment, and change management
- Drive reporting, escalation management, and stakeholder alignment
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks across the delivery lifecycle

🎯What we’re looking for:
- 8–12+ years in IT Project Management
- 5+ years in the Retail Banking domain
- Hands-on experience in Digital Banking (Mobile & Internet Banking), Core Banking systems, Payments & Cards, KYC / Customer onboarding solutions
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and enterprise delivery practices
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs
- Vendor & third-party management experience
- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
