Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Civil / Electrical). Master's degree preferred.

Key Requirements:
15+ years of experience in Upstream Oil & Gas.
Minimum 8+ years in EPC Project Leadership.
Proven track record of delivering EPC projects worth USD 200 Million or above.
Strong expertise in end-to-end project execution, from concept to handover.
Experience managing Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning teams.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, project controls, cost management and EVMS.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, variations and change management.
Expertise in risk management, stakeholder coordination and HSE compliance.
PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
