Description:
Key Requirements:
• HNC or equivalent in Engineering + Safety certification
• Minimum 12 years of HSE experience (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Construction)
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment & safety systems
• Experience in site inspections, audits, incident investigation & compliance
• Gulf experience preferred
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Ensure HSE compliance during project execution
• Conduct site inspections & safety audits
• Review JSA, Method Statements & Risk Assessments
• Monitor contractor HSE performance
• Lead incident investigations & corrective actions
• Promote safety awareness across project teams
