✔ 4–7 years of experience in Property Management Services
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems (PMS)
✔ Experience managing move-in and move-out processes
✔ Strong tenant relationship management skills
✔ Proven ability to supervise teams, contractors, and service providers
