THE ROLE
We are looking for performance-driven real estate professionals who understand the Qatar property market and can consistently convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
This is an opportunity for experienced sales professionals who are confident in prospecting, negotiating and closing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property purchase and investment opportunities
• Manage negotiations, offers, terms and contracts through to successful completion
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions and internal administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors and strategic partners
• Stay informed on Qatar's real estate market, property values and investment opportunities
• Maintain accurate client records, sales activities and pipeline information through CRM systems

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience
• Valid Qatar ID and Qatar Driving License
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar / Middle East real estate market
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and consistently deliver results
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Proven sales track record
