Qa/qc Coordinator & Technicians

Falcon Gold and Precious Metals QFZ LLC is seeking dedicated QA/QC professionals to join our Quality & QA/QC Departments, ensuring excellence, consistency, and compliance across all production and refinery operations. AS part of the team of the QA/QC team, these positions will support the implementation and monitoring of Falcon Gold's Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards. These roles will play key role in inspection, documentation control, and quality compliance, helping to maintain the company's zero-tolerance policy on quality deviations.

Key Responsibilities:-

Ø Conduct inspections on in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.

ØMaintain accurate inspection records, calibration logs, and NCR documentation.

ØSupport the preparation of quality dossiers, batch traceability records, and management review data.

Ø Assist in internal audits by providing documentation and tracking corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Ø Ensure operational and safety compliance with ISO and CAA (Cargo Aviation Authorities) requirements.

Ø Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

ØCoordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve nonconformities and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications & Key Competencies:-

Ø Bachelor's degree preferred, diploma or technical qualification acceptable with relevant experience.

Ø 3-5 years' experience in QA/QC, documentation control, or inspection within a manufacturing or refinery environment (preferably gold refining).

Ø Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.

ØKnowledge of ISO standards and quality documentation systems.

ØProficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SharePoint or e- DMS systems is an advantage.

Ø Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work shifts if required.
