Qa/qc E&i Engineer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement and maintain Quality and HSE management systems.
-Prepare and review Project Quality Plans, Control Plans and ITPs.
-Conduct internal audits; report findings to management regularly.
-Review vendor documents, drawings, certifications and technical clarifications.
-Verify raw material certificates, manufacturing data and quality records.
-Liaise with clients, suppliers and certification authorities professionally.
-Guide QA/QC personnel to uphold company standards continuously.
-Ensure inspection and testing comply with project specifications.
-Assist QA/QC Manager in daily department operations and activities.
-Promote teamwork and coordinate quality efforts across departments.

Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
-Certification in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
-Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas EPC and Shutdown projects.
-Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and audit processes.
-Proficient in English communication; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
