🔹 Key Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (Mandatory)
✅ MMUP/UPDA Grade A Certificate (Mandatory)
✅ Proven experience in cost control, tendering, and post-contract administration
✅ Strong knowledge of local construction standards and procurement practices
✅ Excellent communication and reporting skills
