Key Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
✅ 6–10 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
✅ Strong post-tender QS experience is mandatory
✅ Experience handling client and subcontractor commercial matters
✅ Building project experience is mandatory
✅ Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, valuations, variations, cost control & subcontract management
✅ Qatar/GCC project experience required
