We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Secretary to provide front-desk administrative and executive support to senior management, including the CEO.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
📌 Greet visitors and manage front office operations
📞 Answer and direct phone calls professionally
📅 Manage CEO calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
📊 Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
🔐 Handle confidential documents with discretion

🎯 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
✔ Proven experience as Receptionist / Executive Secretary or similar role
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
