Spectech Trading and Services WLL is looking for a highly skilled Recruiter with strong experience in the Qatar Oil & Gas sector.

Position: Recruiter

Experience: 7+ years (mandatory in Oil & Gas sector)

Availability: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordination.

Communicate effectively with clients and candidates.

Manage recruitment platforms, databases, and MS Office tools efficiently.

Ensure professional candidate management and timely placements.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 8-10 years of proven recruitment experience.

Strong knowledge of Qatar's Oil & Gas industry.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
