We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

🔹 Key Requirements:
• 7–10 years of recruitment experience within Facility Management, Maintenance, Engineering Services, or related industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong ability to monitor recruitment progress against agreed timelines and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and approval processes throughout the recruitment cycle
