The business is seeking a Regional HSE Manager to lead HSE management across all projects and operations within the region ensuring consistent HSE standards, regulatory compliance, and performance excellence while providing strategic HSE leadership to regional teams and senior management.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead regional HSE strategy and operations across all projects within the GCC
🔹 Develop and implement regional HSE policies, standards, and management systems
🔹 Oversee HSE performance, compliance, and culture across multiple project sites
🔹 Conduct regional HSE audits, inspections, and performance reviews
🔹 Manage regional HSE teams and coordinate with project HSE managers
🔹 Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and client requirements
🔹 Drive HSE capability development and training programs across the region
🔹 Manage regional emergency response planning and crisis management
🔹 Report regional HSE KPIs and performance metrics to corporate leadership
🔹 Represent the organization in regional regulatory and authority engagements
