Registered Nurse

Description:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Homecare Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The role involves delivering personalized healthcare, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting families to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a home setting, following the care plan and physician’s instructions.

• Administer medications, perform wound care, and manage feeding tubes or catheters as required.

• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress, reporting any changes promptly.

• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication, and lifestyle adjustments.

• Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

• Promote patient safety and comfort in accordance with nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

• Valid Nursing License from Home Country

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.

• BLS certification required.

• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to various home environments.
