Reservations Ticketing Agent

Looking for urgent hiring in the position of Ticketing Officer.

Responsibilities

Candidates with similar working experience with knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre will be high priority

Qualifications

• Assisting walkin and corporate passengers with inquiries regarding their travel plans via phone, email, or in person.

• Providing information such as flight details, changes, or cancellations.

• Handling airline ticketing, travel arrangement and hotel reservations using the corresponding reservation system (GDS).

• Providing support to passengers regarding any issues that may arise with their flight bookings or hotel reservations.
